AMETHYST POLICIES

We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us, We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment and ample time to focus on your needs. We know you will have a rejuvenating time while at Amethyst Skincare.

FIRST VISIT

Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to allow ample time to check in and preparation for your visit.  Arriving late will limit your time for your treatment, reducing the relaxation and effectiveness.  Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not effected. If appointments are delayed longer than 15 minutes there will be a high chance of cancellation and rescheduling for a future visit.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please notify our staff before reserving your treatments if you have any skin concerns, high blood pressure, special physical concerns, heart conditions, diabetes or are pregnant.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & PACKAGES

Treatment packages sold are not refundable, or exchangeable, all goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

Lifestyle packages or 5 or more can be shared amongst family or friends. Gift certificates available upon request.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation.  Cell phones and other devices must be turned to silent mode upon entering the spa.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Although we make effort to maintain our website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We value our clients, but management reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

24- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we are a private client-centered spa we ask that you please arrive on time for your treatment.  We strive to provide personal service to our clients so any no-shows and last minute cancellations impact us significantly.  We will require a 24 hr notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

100% of your service will be charged for NO-SHOWS

50% of your service will be charged if not given 24 hr notice of cancellation or change of appointment.

If it is a packaged treatment, that appointment will count as one in the series
